Mr. Wakefield has over 25 years experience in the design of high-end residential and custom projects.  In addition, as a co-founder of Wakefield Beasley & Associates, Mr. Wakefield has guided the firm through approximately 3000 multi-family residential, office, retail, institutional and industrial projects totaling more that $3.5 billion in construction costs.
