Phase 5: Construction Administration

This final phase begins with the release of Construction Documents from our office. This may be to a builder for permit or to our client to begin the bid process. During this phase we will assist our client in evaluating bids, allowing our client to have an “apple to apple” comparison of these bids. We will also provide site visits to perform construction administration, be available for questions during construction and schedule regular conference calls to keep lines of communication open and help build a team approach to the realization of our design. This service is often used on an as needed or requested basis.
