A Classical Studio can provide a variety of services for builders and developers.  We have been involved in creating and managing community design charrettes which focus on architectural themes, market analysis, master planning, amenity, and home designs for new communities.  We have followed up on these by writing community design guidelines, helping to create both architectural and builder guilds, then approve designs and inspect construction progress through managing the design review process.  For individual builders we design exclusive, high end speculative homes specifically for the market they are in and the builder who has commissioned us.  We do not have or provide stock plans.
